The Reiki Master has gone through 3 levels of training (level 1, 2, and 3) and revived attainments on each level from his/her Reiki master. The Reiki master can heal and if trained to be what we call a “Reiki Master Teacher” They can also train their students to reach the goal of a Reiki master.

During a reiki session at Central Ohio Reiki & Kabbalah, the practitioner or Reiki master places their hands either directly on you or just above you to bring about healing.
The belief is that the practitioner can stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities.
A typical Reiki session at the best reiki center lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. At your first appointment, you’ll meet with your reiki master. You’ll have a short introduction or chat about the process and your expectations or intentions.
