“The 3 Pillars Of Success” comprises the physical aspect, the mental/emotional aspect, and the spiritual aspect. The physical aspect involves doing some form of physical activity (experiences) at least 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes, eating healthy food and making sure you get the sleep your body needs. The mental/emotional aspect involves having some quiet time to envision what you really want, be it a type of person, item, job, career, car or anything else.
Finally, the spiritual aspect involves meditation. Meditation is the key to opening yourself to the universe. You will have to find the meditation that is right for you. Don't be scared to try one, if you don't like it try another one until you find the one that is right for you.
